Our Commitment to Privacy

I believe in transparency and respecting your privacy. This site is built on Cloudflare Workers at the edge, which means your data is processed close to you and never stored unnecessarily. This policy explains what minimal data we collect and why.

Information We Collect

Analytics Data

We collect anonymous analytics data to understand how the site performs and how visitors use it:

• Performance metrics: Response times, edge location, cache hit rates
• Usage data: Pages visited, time spent, referring sites (aggregated, not personally identifiable)
• Technical information: Browser type, device type, screen resolution

Storage: All analytics data is stored in Cloudflare D1 (SQLite at the edge) and is anonymized. We do NOT use Google Analytics or any third-party tracking services.

Contact Form Data

When you use the contact form, we collect:

• Name and email address (required)
• Company/role (optional)
• Message content
• Inquiry type and project details (if provided)

Purpose: To respond to your inquiry and maintain communication about potential projects.
Storage: Contact submissions are stored securely and processed via Resend email service.

Demo Usage Data

When you use AI demos on this site:

• We process your input text to generate AI responses
• Inputs are NOT stored permanently
• Anonymous usage counts are tracked for analytics

Processing: All AI processing happens on Cloudflare Workers AI. Your data never leaves the Cloudflare network.

Cookies & Local Storage

This site uses minimal cookies and local storage:

• Cloudflare cookies: For security, DDoS protection, and edge routing (required for site function)
• Session data: Temporary session identifiers stored in Cloudflare KV (expires after 24 hours)
• No tracking cookies: We do NOT use advertising cookies or third-party tracking pixels

Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

Data Retention

• Analytics data: Retained for 90 days, then aggregated and anonymized
• Contact submissions: Retained for 2 years or until you request deletion
• Session data: Automatically expires after 24 hours
• Demo inputs: Not stored beyond immediate processing

Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access: Request a copy of any personal data we have about you
• Correction: Request correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion: Request deletion of your data (except where legally required to retain)
• Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format
• Objection: Object to processing of your data for specific purposes

Data Security

We take security seriously:

• All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS
• Edge computing architecture minimizes data exposure
• No data is stored on traditional servers vulnerable to breaches
• Cloudflare provides enterprise-grade DDoS protection and WAF
• Regular security audits of all code and infrastructure

International Data Transfers

This site is deployed globally on Cloudflare's edge network (300+ locations). Your data is processed at the edge location nearest to you, which may be in a different country. Cloudflare is certified under various international data protection frameworks.

Children's Privacy

This site is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us immediately.

Changes to This Policy

I may update this policy occasionally. The "Last Updated" date at the top shows when the policy was last revised. Material changes will be announced on the homepage.
